Report a security issue

Atlas is operated by Aetherion Arc LLC. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in atlascfi.com, the Atlas app or the Atlas assistant connection, email support@atlascfi.com with “Security” in the subject line.

What to include

  • The page, feature or address affected.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, and what you expected to happen.
  • What someone could do by exploiting it.
  • How we can reach you with questions.

Please do not include passwords, access tokens or other people’s records in your report. If you need to show data, use your own account or test data.

While you look

Only test against your own account. Do not access, change or delete other people’s information, and stop and tell us if you come across it. Do not disrupt the service for others, send spam or try to trick Atlas users or staff.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a report within five business days and to keep you updated while we look into it. We fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can. We do not currently offer a bug bounty or payment for reports.
