Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, role (student / CFI / school admin)
• Training data: quiz responses, session notes, lesson reflections, phase progress
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session timestamps
• Schedule data (optional): if you connect Gmail, we read only emails from SchedulePointe (postmaster@mail.schedulepointe.com) to sync lesson schedules. We do not read other email.
• Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system (standard server logs)

2. How we use it

• To provide the ATLAS training platform and personalize your experience
• To generate AI-powered training content relevant to your phase and progress
• To send lesson reminders and training notifications (you can opt out)
• To improve the platform (aggregate, anonymized usage patterns)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your training data for advertising.

3. AI and your data

ATLAS sends portions of your training history and session context to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy and does not use it to train their models by default. We send only what's needed for the response — we do not send your email address or payment information to AI providers.

4. Gmail integration

If you connect Gmail for SchedulePointe sync, we store OAuth tokens to access your Gmail account. We use the gmail.readonly scope and query only emails from postmaster@mail.schedulepointe.com. We do not read, store, or process any other emails. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US)
• Anthropic — AI model provider
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for radio trainer voices

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Training progress data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@atlascfi.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA — contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

ATLAS is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
