Terms of Service

1. Who we are
ATLAS is a flight training platform operated by Aetherion Arc LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using ATLAS at atlascfi.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.
2. What ATLAS is — and is not
ATLAS is a study aid and operational tool for flight training. It is not a substitute for FAA-required ground instruction, flight training, or examiner evaluation. Nothing in ATLAS constitutes a regulatory endorsement, logbook entry, or legal authorization to fly. Always defer to your CFI and the FARs.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use ATLAS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@atlascfi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Artificial intelligence
ATLAS uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate training content, feedback, and responses. AI-generated content may contain errors. Do not rely on it as a sole source of aviation knowledge, regulatory interpretation, or safety guidance. Verify important information against primary sources (FAA ACS, FARs, AFH, POH).
5. Intellectual property
All software, content, design, and systems within ATLAS are owned by Aetherion Arc LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ATLAS without our express written permission.
6. User content
Content you submit (session notes, quiz responses, lesson reflections) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Aetherion Arc LLC a license to use it to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use ATLAS to violate any law, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or extract data at scale, impersonate others, or transmit malicious code. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
ATLAS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetherion Arc LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ATLAS. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@atlascfi.com.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
