Core records and assistant connections are free. Atlas-hosted processing includes 30 requests per month, shared across student and instructor chat, library questions, quizzes, mock-oral turns, lesson and study reviews, scheduling drafts, radio practice, voice generation, transcription and logbook image extraction. Each provider-backed step uses a request. Automatic AI debrief drafting, recording hardware and paid processing are not included in the free beta. You can write structured debriefs yourself. Your chosen assistant may have its own fees.
Free workspace invitations currently allow up to four students per instructor and twelve per school. Contact support if your school needs more room. Beta capacity and processing limits may change with notice. Any future paid plan requires an explicit purchase. Existing subscriptions and orders keep their agreed terms; manage or cancel them in your account.
