Connected assistants and your data

Atlas is operated by Aetherion Arc LLC. This notice explains what happens when you choose to connect an independent assistant. It supplements the current Privacy Policy and does not change the effective date of that policy.

You choose the access

Before connecting, Atlas shows the signed-in account, assistant, return address, requested permissions and duration. You can remove permissions or cancel. “Prepare for a lesson” is a read-only starting point; it includes your profile, records, lessons and schedule, training, curriculum, tasks, saved memories and sources your existing relationships allow you to read. An assistant cannot use your connection to gain another person’s access.

Information goes to your assistant

For each permitted request, Atlas receives an authenticated instruction and sends the information needed to answer it. That can include authorized training records, schedules, lesson notes, progress, tasks and source excerpts. Separate write permissions can permit supported changes or drafts. They do not authorize signatures, payments or additional sharing beyond the controls shown in Atlas.

The assistant’s provider processes information it receives under its own terms, privacy policy and data settings. Depending on that provider and your settings, it may retain interactions or use them to improve its AI. Review those choices before connecting. Atlas’s commitments about its own processing do not control an independent provider’s use.

Disconnect and manage copies

Revoke a connection in Connection settings. Revocation stops subsequent access to Atlas through that grant. It does not erase information already received by the assistant. Use the provider’s privacy controls or contact it to manage those copies. You can request help with Atlas-held information at support@atlascfi.com.

Your credentials and records

Your Atlas password stays with Atlas. OAuth connections use expiring access tokens and a time-limited permission grant. Permissions remain subject to current school membership, training relationships and sharing controls. Losing a relationship or revoking a grant removes the corresponding access.

AI summaries and drafts do not clear you to fly, establish currency or replace required human review. Verify authoritative regulations, aircraft limitations and instructor guidance.
